Akujuru Associates is a registered Nigeria firm of Professional Estate Surveyors & Valuers. The firm has offices in Port Harcourt and Abuja and offer a full complement of property related services including Property valuation, Facilities Management and Real Estate Management.

We provide a comprehensive property agency services: offering highly professional assistance on commercial and residential property sales; lettings, property management, property valuation, property search and real estate investment guide.

Our experience in organizing survey teams and the collection of data has been wide. Sometimes large survey teams have been employed, but our varied experience has taught us that each project and place is unique. We are also experienced in directing multi-disciplinary teams, including other sub-consultants if need be.
